Camping Lab is more than just an importer of high quality roof top tents. Fernando
is also an overlander and inovator in the marketplace. He makes a point of attending
events around the country to see how his product fairs in a variety of conditions
and on a wide range of vehicles and trailers. But what impressed us most about
Camping Lab is that they are they only Partner that contacted us out of the blue!
That is the level of involvement Camping Lab & Fernando have in the overlanding
community. That made it even more interesting to place the tent on Mike's FJ
Cruiser so that it could travel far north through Utah, Wyoming and Montana then
into Canada before our Continental Divide Expedition even started. Watch for
a complete writeup and comparison to other RTT's very soon. |

We would like to thank Charles Wells and Fun Treks for helping us find those
amazing things in the back country with their guides of Colorado, Arizona and
Moab. Their spiral bound mid-sized books are really the way to go since they
are easy to use and full of the detail you need when exploring. We have been
big fans of the Arizona book for quite a while now and can't wait to try out
the Colorado & Moab book. You can buy direct from them at www.funtreks.com |

AZFJ is an Arizona based group of Toyota FJ Cruiser owners who bill themselves as a non-club club so feel free to join them as a non-member member. They have been a part of Disabled Explorers as a non-club and as non-members, from driving on our Ride-Alongs to helping with parts installation on our FJ Cruiser project. We look forward to many more years of help from this non-group.Find out more at www.azfj.org |

Disabled Explorers is excited about some upcoming big news from Lucrum Industries. We already know Lucrum as a company that makes quality products for Toyota’s FJ Cruiser, things like a winch mount that fits in the factory bumper and a roof rack lighting system that is functional and fantastic at the same time. However Lucrum founder Chris M. is a disabled explorer himself and hand created the best hand controls & wheelchair hoist on the market. We hope to have our demonstration 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser outfitted with Chris’s pre-production hand controls and wheelchair lift in time for our Continental Divide Expedition. It is important to show the world these high quality products and give wheelchair bound wheelers the tools they need to get into the backcountry and safely home again. Check out all the Lucrum products. |
